The Beck Lab at Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine and the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT is seeking an enthusiastic postdoctoral fellow to join our innovative research group.   • Experience with iPSCs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cell culture, molecular biology and biochemistry experiments.
  • Maintain lab equipment, reagents and safety protocols.
  • Author manuscripts and grant applications; present results at lectures/conferences.
  • Use bioinformatics tools to analyze genomic/transcriptomic data in human and mouse samples.
  • Interpret variation and variant mechanisms; relate to transcriptional changes.
  • Contribute to project planning and documentation; ensure reproducible analyses.
