Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking talented professionals for its IT Business Intelligence & Automation team. Qualifications

• Two or more years of SQL, data modeling, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and technologies, including Azure, Snowflake, and dbt.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, including data quality scorecards and data lineage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ELT processes and data architectures for scalable BI solutions.
• Analyze raw data from multiple sources to produce required data elements and metrics.
• Build reusable table structures and ELT pipelines for a fast-growing data ecosystem.
• Lead data investigations and support business partners with ad-hoc queries and reporting needs.
• Mentor team members in BI solution design and development.
• Collaborate with data management and database specialists to troubleshoot issues.
