Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking IT BI & Automation professionals to join our team in Ohio. You will design and implement ELT processes, build scalable data solutions, and collaborate with business partners to deliver accurate reporting and analytics.

As part of our hybrid work model, you will develop data models and BI dashboards using tools like Power BI, dbt, SQL, Python, and Jinja, while guiding data quality and governance across large datasets in Azure and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with SQL, data modeling, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and technologies such as Azure, Snowflake, and dbt.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting BI dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Experience working in Agile teams and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ELT processes to support data workflows.
• Analyze and organize data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
• Build scalable table structures and ELT pipelines for fast, reliable data solutions.
• Create data quality checks and reconciliation procedures.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into data models and reports.
• Lead architecture analyses and ensure BI solutions meet needs.
