Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience with complex codebases.
• Strong backend development skills in Python/Django.

Responsibilities

• Own the eTRM codebase, develop, test, and maintain backend features using Python, Django, and AWS.
• Learn enterprise codebase and contribute to platform reliability, security, and performance.
• Develop new eTRM features and related products, focusing on backend architecture.
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions using Agile-Scrum.
• Utilize GenAI-enabled tools to improve code quality, documentation, testing, and development efficiency.
• Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes.
