Job summary

TeleTracking is seeking a Logistics Engineer to join our team. You will help design and operate applications that improve patient flow across hospital systems, delivering reliable services at scale.

You’ll work with Java or Go, debug in production, and contribute to scalable, secure, fault-tolerant services while shaping system architecture. The role uses AWS services such as Lambda, EKS, S3, EC2 and RDS. Prior hospital domain familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science is required.
• Master's degree in computer science is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Understand and solve business needs at scale with high-quality solutions.
• Build and operate resilient services and infrastructure.
• Create metrics, dashboards and alerts to measure SLOs for service performance, errors and availability and react to resolve issues in an on-call rotation.
• Build on AWS services such as Lambda, EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, Document DB.
