Job summary

TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to expand features for our event-based microservice platform. You will design, build, and operate scalable services, while maintaining fault-tolerance and security.

You’ll own metrics and on-call duties, building dashboards to monitor SLOs and drive continuous improvement. Prioritize customer pain points and contribute to architectural decisions in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science required.
• 0-2 years of experience in Java/Go or similar OO languages.
• Ability to design, build and operate scalable, secure, fault-tolerant services.
• Experience contributing to architectural decisions.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Understand and solve business needs at scale with high-quality solutions.
• Build and operate resilient services and infrastructure.
• Create metrics, dashboards and alerts to meet SLOs for performance, errors and availability; respond in on-call rotation.
• Build on AWS services such as Lambda, EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, DocumentDB.
