Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering/Robotics/CS.
• 0–2 years of experience in software QA, hardware/systems testing, robotics projects, or engineering operations.
• Basic proficiency in Linux environments and scripting (Python or Bash).
• Reading technical docs, logs, and structured test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily AV testing operations across virtual, synthetic, or physical environments.
• Perform initial fault triage and document environmental conditions causing issues.
• Isolate and document minor software/hardware defects with reproduction steps and logs.
• Maintain data integrity by preliminary log analysis and test run reporting under supervision.
• Create/update test cases, test plans, and SOPs with guidance from senior staff.
• Assist senior engineers in designing test plans and validation strategies.
• Communicate findings, logs, and initial analyses to the lead test engineer.
• Use Jira, Confluence, and GitLab to document findings and ensure traceability.
