Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media, marketing, automotive technology, or related field.
• Recent university graduate or early-career professional with relevant academic, internship, portfolio, or project experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and vehicle technology.
• Experience creating social media or digital content, including short-form video.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple language.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Review recurring customer questions and DTU topics related to vehicle features and technologies.
• Identify and prioritize customer education opportunities based on frequency and impact.
• Translate complex automotive information into clear explanations.
• Plan, script, record, edit, and publish short-form educational video content.
• Adapt content for digital and social formats while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate content before publication.
• Distribute approved content through official Mercedes-Benz channels and dealer platforms.
• Maintain an organized content pipeline, editorial calendar, and assets.
• Monitor content engagement and feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Prepare regular updates summarizing insights, content produced, and opportunities.
