Job Overview

The MB Academy Retail Training team supports the Mercedes-Benz dealer network by developing learning solutions that strengthen product knowledge and improve the customer experience. Research additional learning opportunities through dealer feedback, product launches, technology updates, connected services, and customer ownership trends.

  • Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Experience, Customer Contact, Marketing, Communications, Legal/Compliance, and MB Academy subject-matter experts to validate content before publication.
  • Support distribution of approved content through official Mercedes-Benz channels and dealer-facing platforms, as appropriate.
  • Maintain an organized content pipeline, editorial calendar, production tracker, source materials, approvals, and digital assets.
  • Monitor content engagement and customer feedback and recommend improvements or follow-up topics.
  • Prepare regular updates and presentations summarizing DTU insights, content produced, channel performance, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Stay current on Mercedes-Benz products, vehicle technology, infotainment, connected services, electric vehicles, driver assistance systems, and relevant social media trends.
