Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of its Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with mid and senior level technicians to learn additional services.
• Provide clear communication and feedback to guests about their vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, for extended periods.
