Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in automotive maintenance preferred.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in Goodyear service centers.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and other basic automotive services.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional services.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles to demonstrate excellent guest service.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels for extended periods.
