Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with interest in learning automotive repairs.
• Willingness to follow procedures, safety standards, and torque specs.
• Ability to ask for help, take coaching, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Must have valid driver's license and pass MVR check.
• 18+ years old with potential for store‑level licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Multi-Point and Digital Vehicle Inspections and document findings.
• Carry out maintenance and entry‑level repairs (oil, filters, tires, brakes).
• Assist with tire mounting, balancing, and alignment‑related tasks.
• Do basic diagnostics and route complex issues to senior staff.
• Follow repair procedures and post‑repair checks.
• Communicate findings and status to managers and advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety rules.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
