No prior automotive experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone
• Assist with scheduling appointments and vehicle drop-offs
• Support service advisors with repair updates and documentation
• Communicate basic repair information and timelines to customers
• Maintain accurate customer and repair records
• Help manage daily front-desk workflow
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
