What You’ll Do
- Assemble, install, and test components on a variety of advanced vehicles and systems.
- Follow detailed instructions and procedures to ensure quality and safety.
- Use manual and power tools to complete precise mechanical and electrical tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Keep your workspace organized and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines and exceed customer expectations.
Who You Are
- You have at least 1 year of recent hands-on assembly experience (automotive manufacturing preferred).
- You’re a high school graduate (or equivalent).
- Mechanically inclined and love to solve problems.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and the ability to safely use manual and power tools.
- Own your basic tool set with a rolling toolbox. (You don't have one, no worries! We can help with this)
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Able to follow and execute written instructions and procedures.
- Self-starter, eager to learn, dependable, and motivated by new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime/weekends as needed.
Bonus Points For
- Previous automotive mechanic or co-op experience.
- Experience or interest in automotive electrical systems.
