Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of software engineering, cyber, or risk experience with a related bachelor’s degree.
• Entry-level position focused on curiosity, learning, and timely task delivery.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-engineer processes to improve clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
• Design and prototype automation solutions using scripting, APIs, and workflow tools.
• Develop process maps and technical documentation linking requirements and execution steps.
• Establish repeatable engineering practices to enable self-service solutions.
• Assist in software releases and team tasks; maintain ServiceNow IRMS and Archer ERMS entries.
