Job summary

Brooksource seeks an entry-level Control Automation Engineer to join the Automation Engineering team. You will help analyze processes, prototype automation using platform-native capabilities, scripting, and APIs; create clear process maps and documentation; and support ongoing software releases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work with ServiceNow IRMS, Archer ERMS, and Visio as you contribute to scalable self-service solutions and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring curiosity, drive, organization, and learning ability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in MIS, Cybersecurity, CS, or Data Analytics.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and workflow development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-engineer processes for clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
• Design and prototype automation solutions using scripting, APIs, and workflow tools.
• Develop process maps and technical documentation linking requirements and execution steps.
• Establish repeatable practices to reduce manual work and enable self-service solutions.
• Assist in software releases and participate in team initiatives and project work.
