Job summary

Leadline Inc. is seeking a Junior Business Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related technologies.

The role supports process improvements and aims to reduce manual effort across the organization. Under guidance from senior engineers, you will participate in full solution lifecycles, including development, testing, implementation, and documentation, with a focus on learning and growth in low-code

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering/Business Technology or related field preferred.
• Strong interest in automation, low-code development, and AI-powered solutions.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio or AI/automation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, development, testing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Support Copilot Studio agents to improve processes and AI features.
• Identify automation opportunities in business processes.
• Assist integrations between systems using APIs and integration tech.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Document solutions and support ownership and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on automation initiatives.
• Follow security, governance, and development standards.
• Continuously grow skills in automation, integrations, and AI-powered tech.
