Job summary

Evans General Contractors, LLC is looking for a Junior Business Automation Engineer to support design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions that boost efficiency and reduce manual work.

You will work under supervision with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), Copilot Studio, and related tools, participating in the full solution lifecycle from development to documentation and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT/CS/IS/Engineering/Business Tech.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting concepts and ability to understand technical logic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, development, testing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Support Copilot Studio agents to improve processes and AI-driven capabilities.
• Assist in evaluating business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Assist in integrations between systems using APIs and data sources.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Monitor deployed solutions and aid with maintenance and enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
