Job summary

All Roads is seeking a Jr. Sales Associate at Norris Honda to join our busy Sales team. You’ll be a motivated, customer-focused pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a base salary plus bonuses and room for growth.

Greet customers, learn our vehicle lineup, conduct test drives, process quotes and credit applications, and use our CRM to follow up. 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with paid benefits after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
• Ability to learn vehicle features and inventory quickly.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, confirm needs and suggest vehicle options.
• Develop expertise on vehicle models and inventory.
• Conduct test drives and explain features (valid driver's license required).
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales.
• Prepare quotes, return calls and emails, and assist with credit applications.
• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up.
• Prepare sold vehicle prior to customer pickup.
