Responsibilities

• Greet customers, confirm their needs and recommend vehicle options.
• Develop expertise on vehicle models and inventory.
• Conduct test drives and explain features of the vehicle (valid driver's license required).
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales.
• Complete quotes, return calls & emails, and assist with credit applications.
• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up.
• Prepare sold vehicle prior to customer pick up.
• Other duties as assigned.
