Jobot is seeking a Junior Attorney for a 100% remote, contract‑to‑hire role based in California. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in CA and possess a JD from an accredited law school, with an interest in employment law and/or workers' compensation.

The position offers an hourly rate of $40–$45 and a path to permanent employment after three months. Candidates must reside in California, hold a CA Bar license, and be willing to work the contract period before conversion.

Job Details

As an Entry-Level Lawyer / Junior Associate on our team, we are looking for:

• CA Bar license
• CA residence
• Willingness to work on a contract for 3 months before conversion to a perm, direct hire role
• JD from an accredited law school
• Interest in employment law and/or workers' compensation
