Jobot is seeking a Junior Attorney to join our growing labor and employment law team. This 100% remote, contract-to-hire role is based in California and requires a CA Bar license and California residence. You will start as an entry-level attorney / junior associate with potential conversion to perm after 3 months.

We offer an hourly rate of $40-$45, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k. Remote work, supportive culture, and opportunity to grow within a expanding firm.

Job Details

As an Entry-Level Lawyer / Junior Associate on our team, we are looking for:

• CA Bar license
• CA residence
• Willingness to work on a contract for 3 months before conversion to a perm, direct hire role
• JD from an accredited law school
• Interest in employment law and/or workers' compensation
