This growth role is designed for a developing Florida litigator who will work under experienced partners, manage an active caseload, and gain courtroom experience.

You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, appear in court for hearings, and communicate with clients to build trust as you progress toward independent case management.

Qualifikationen

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing is required.
• 3–5 years of family law experience is expected.
• Exposure to hearings or motion practice is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills are essential.

This is a structured growth role designed for a developing Florida litigator who is ready to take on real responsibility under the guidance of experienced partners. You will manage an active caseload, advise clients directly, and gain meaningful courtroom and litigation experience.
