Job summary

MTX Group is seeking a Junior Associate Consultant - Technical for its Early Career Program in the US. You will gain hands-on experience in a consulting environment focused on SaaS, cloud platforms, data, and digital transformation.

You'll work alongside experts, participate in training, and contribute to real-world projects while developing skills for a future IT leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/SE/CE or related field with an expected graduation by Dec 2026 or earlier.
• Strong foundations in software development and programming languages such as C, C++, Java or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with OOP/OOD concepts and SQL; basic Salesforce or cloud tech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team across development, testing and deployment phases.
• Assist in configuration changes and customizations within cloud technologies under senior guidance.
• Document configuration details, customizations, and user guides.
• Contribute to minor module development and ensure coding and security practices.
• Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure quality and bug reproduction.
• Support scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions; travel for milestones may be required.

  • Support and collaborate with the team throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.

  • Participate in code reviews and testing efforts to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
  
  
  • Help identify, reproduce, and document bugs or issues during testing, and assist in troubleshooting under supervision.

  • Assist in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards by participating in code reviews with a foc us on identifying potential issues and ensuring code quality.

What you will bring

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, with a graduation date of December 2026 or earlier.


• A strong foundational understanding of software development principles and programming languages such as C, C++, Java or JavaScript.


• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming (OOP/OOD) preferred.


• Strong understanding of SQL, Oracle etc.


• Basic familiarity with Salesforce or other cloud based technologies.


• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new Clouds, services, and project requirements.


• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues.


• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project discussions.


• A proactive mindset with a keen interest in gaining real-world experience on enterprise-grade solutions.


• Academic coursework or personal projects related to cloud computing, enterprise applications, or digital transformation will be a plus.


• Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, agile, and learning-oriented environment.
