H Cap Connect, LLC in Ohio seeks a Junior Advisor / Associate Financial Advisor to join its advisory team. You will work directly with clients, support senior advisors, and help manage an established client base without needing to build a book.

Are you ready to take the next step in your wealth management career — without the pressure of building a book of business?
An established and growing wealth management firm is seeking a JuniorAdvisor / Associate Financial Advisor to join its advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, building long-term relationships, and providing high-quality advice and service.
Working alongside a senior advisor, you’ll help manage and service an established group of client relationships. As you grow in the role, you’ll take on greater responsibility and become a primary point of contact for clients.
This is not a traditional producer role. You will not be expected to bring a book of business, cold call, or meet individual sales quotas. Instead, the focus is on developing as an advisor within an established practice and existing client base.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client needs and priorities
Collaborative, team-oriented approach

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow as an advisor rather than as a salesperson.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop relationships with an existing client base, expand your technical and advisory skills, work closely with an experienced senior advisor, and assume increasing responsibility as you demonstrate readiness.
For someone who enjoys advising and serving clients more than prospecting for them, this is an opportunity to build an advisory career from within an established firm rather than having to build a practice from scratch.
The firm is currently located in Pepper Pike and expects to relocate to the Cedar/Beachwood area in the future. The position offers some flexibility in work location and does not require being in the office 100% of the time.
