Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an entry-level Architectural Staff in Seattle, WA. You will focus on producing and coordinating construction documents and gaining professional practice knowledge while collaborating with project teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and supporting project delivery across design phases with opportunities for growth in a global program environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Some experience with Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, and Enscape.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications.
• Develop knowledge of architectural construction documents, constructability, and construction administration activities.
• Provide administrative support for project teams, including meeting agendas/minutes, updating trackers, permit applications, RFIs, logs, and reports.
• Produce accurate and timely work in line with weekly workplans and direction.
