Job summary

MG2 in Seattle, WA is seeking entry level Architectural Staff to join our CP Market team. You will contribute to production and coordination of construction documents and gain knowledge of professional practice while collaborating with project teams.

The role focuses on documentation, design development, and administrative support across phases of design and delivery, with emphasis on detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Knowledge of project design, documentation, and delivery standards.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, and Enscape.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of contract deliverables: field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications.
• Develop knowledge of architectural construction documents, constructability, and construction administration.
• Provide administrative support: meeting agendas/minutes, trackers, permits, RFIs, submittals, and project reports.
• Produce accurate, timely work aligned with weekly workplans.
