Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Fundamental architectural design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion).
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude toward development.

• Basic understanding of building codes and construction processes (a plus).
