Job Description

• Assist in conducting initial project research, site visits, and minor surveying.
• Complete design drawings from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Administration (CA) using REVIT software under the supervision of the Project Architect and Project Manager.
• Coordinate and communicate with consultants and contractors.
• Prepare design presentation drawings or 3D models.
• Research building materials.
• Assist the Project Manager or Project Architect with project management and construction administration tasks.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and team members to meet project demands and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in U.S. architecture firms.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD; at least 1 year of REVIT experience in a professional setting is preferred.
• Experience in design, construction document preparation, and field observation.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Legal U.S. work status required.
