Job description

We’re partnering with a mid-size, award-winning design firm just 15 miles west of Boston that’s growing — and growing smart. They’ve delivered over $2.5B in projects across New England in the last decade and have built a reputation for thoughtful design, strong leadership, and a genuinely collaborative culture.

They’re looking to add a few talented Junior Architects who want real project exposure, real responsibility, and room to grow — without the chaos (or commute) of downtown Boston.

If you’re sharp, motivated, and want to be part of a team that actually builds what it designs, keep reading.

  • Supporting site surveys and construction phase services
  • Participating in structural, MEP, and consultant coordination
