Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the Credit & Collections team and assist with customer account management, payment processing, and dispute resolution. This role offers a solid entry path in finance and accounting.

You will monitor aging, assist with cash application, reconcile accounts, and prepare AR reports while maintaining accurate records and providing timely customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Finance, or related roles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with accounting classes.
• ERP experience (Oracle) and MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Experience with deductions, chargebacks, or collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and aging reports.
• Assist in following up on past-due invoices by email/phone.
• Maintain records of collection efforts and communications.
• Generate customer statements and AR analyses.
• Support month-end reconciliations and reporting.
