Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Experience with customer portals and EDI 810/820 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely payment.
• Review aging reports and follow up on past-due balances.
• Contact customers via calls, email, and portals about overdue invoices.
• Assist with cash application and payment reconciliation.
• Research deductions, disputes, and cross-functional resolution.
• Prepare account analyses and aging reviews.
• Provide regular reporting on collections performance.
