The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail oriented, and experienced in AR, cash application, deductions, and reconciliation. This role supports cash flow objectives and requires strong Excel and ERP system skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, deductions management, and reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Review aging reports and follow up on past-due balances.
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices via phone, email, and portals.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues.
• Analyze aging trends and prepare collections and account status reports.
• Support process improvements to reduce bad debt exposure.
