Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and support cash flow objectives. You will work with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting to mitigate financial risk and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in AR/collections, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. You will analyze aging and deductions, collaborate cross-functionally, and uphold SOX controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting and/or financial classes required
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, collections or related finance experience
• Experience with high-volume customer portfolios preferred
• Strong understanding of AR and collection processes
• Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
• Experience with credit analysis and customer credit management

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely payments
• Review aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
• Investigate unapplied cash and payment discrepancies
• Resolve billing issues and reconciling customer accounts
• Prepare account analysis and aging reviews
• Provide reporting on collections performance and deductions activity
