Adamas Energy is seeking an Applied AI Developer to build and support AI capabilities across the business. This hands-on, early-career role is ideal for a coder who wants to grow by delivering real AI-powered applications, agents, and automations.

You’ll work with our Sr. AI Engineer and consultants, concentrating on clean, reliable code while bringing AI use cases to life. Expect to learn rapidly and contribute to enterprise data integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 0–3 years of software development experience.
• Strong Python or similar language and solid coding fundamentals.
• Experience building software, scripts, or integrations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and APIs.
• Working SQL and relational data knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on AI-powered applications and automations.
• Develop RAG pipelines, copilots, and business automations.
• Write, test, and refine prompts and guardrails.
• Rapidly prototype AI use cases and turn approved prototypes into features.
• Connect AI solutions to enterprise data sources and APIs.
• Support deployed solutions by monitoring quality, cost, and reliability.
