Responsibilities

• Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Service central trash areas and keep them clean.
• Maintain tools and equipment in working order.
• Prepare apartments with basic cleaning for occupancy.
• Clean fixtures, windows, equipment, laundry rooms and common areas.
• Attend safety meetings and store chemicals safely.
• Keep carts and storage neat and organized.
• Assist with snow removal when needed.
