Lyon Living is seeking a Jr. Maintenance Technician for The Lennox, our property in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role focuses on maintaining the property's appearance and performing cleaning/detail work to prepare interiors for occupancy.

The position offers $22.00-$24.00 per hour with on-site housing not offered. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k, employee housing discounts, education reimbursements, and referral bonuses. Flexibility for weekends and on-call shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Ensure central trash areas/compactors are serviced and clean.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in working order.
• Perform basic housekeeping to-ready apartments for occupancy.
• Clean light fixtures, windows, equipment, laundry rooms and common areas (clubhouse, recreation, office, fitness center).
• Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records.
• Store chemicals and cleaning products safely; handle hazardous materials.
• Keep work and storage areas neat and organized.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.

We are currently looking to fill a Jr. Maintenance Technician position for The Lennox, our property located in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Essential Job Functions:

The Jr. Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining high quality standards and providing excellent customer service to our residents. This role is responsible for performing cleaning/janitorial duties related to interior and exterior product preparation for the property.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Ensure the property’s central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
• Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, etc. and cleans storage and common areas including, clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center, etc.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately completes work records.
• Responsible for safety storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials.
• Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.

This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle. Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.
