Lyon Living is seeking a Jr. Maintenance Technician for The Lennox property in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role supports residents by performing interior and exterior product preparation and janitorial duties to maintain high quality standards and customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, servicing common areas, and ensuring safety with chemicals. Flexible schedule and reliable transportation are required; valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call).
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to use alternative transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Ensure central trash areas/compactors are serviced, emptied and clean.
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep them in working order.
• Perform basic housekeeping to prep apartments for occupancy.
• Clean light fixtures, windows, equipment, laundry rooms, and common areas.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and complete work records accurately.
• Store chemicals and cleaning products safely and manage hazardous materials.
• Keep work, supply carts and storage areas neat and organized.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.

Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00; on-site housing not offered

We are currently looking to fill a Jr. Maintenance Technician position for The Lennox, our property located in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Essential Job Functions:

The Jr. Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining high quality standards and providing excellent customer service to our residents. This role is responsible for performing cleaning/janitorial duties related to interior and exterior product preparation for the property.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Ensure the property’s central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
• Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, etc. and cleans storage and common areas including, clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center, etc.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately completes work records.
• Responsible for safety storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials.
• Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.

Requirements:

• Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
• Reliable transportation.

This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle. Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.
