Talentify in Vero Beach, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to launch their accounting career on a hands‑on, training‑rich team. You’ll learn full AP cycles, work with NetSuite, and collaborate with leadership to grow into broader finance roles in a close‑knit, seven‑person team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, learning new systems, and a long‑term accounting path. Onsite training with a transition to hybrid work is planned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Recent graduates and interns encouraged to apply.
• Strong Excel and computer skills; comfortable with numbers.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices and full-cycle AP using ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Support P-Card, expense reporting, and Comcur compliance.
• Assist with vendor setup, tax docs, and vendor records.
• Research discrepancies and reconcile accounts with internal teams.
• Assist with admin accounting, licenses, and multi-location billing.
• Cross-train in AR, GL, KPI reporting, and process improvements.
