Job summary

PartnerCare is seeking a growth-oriented AP Specialist to join our team in a part-time, hybrid role in the Tampa area. You will work closely with the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams to ensure accurate invoice processing, coding, and timely payments, while supporting month-end close and vendor inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years AP experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong Excel skills. Training will be provided to integrate with our finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accurate coding and timely approvals.
• Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Process patient and insurance refunds and support month-end close.
