Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA is seeking an Entry‑level Aircraft Structural Design Engineer to launch your engineering career on our large‑cabin aircraft programs. You will use 3D CAD tools and engineering fundamentals to help define parts and assemblies from digital concepts to manufacturing data.

You will learn under experienced engineers, developing structural definitions and supporting new product development as well as improvements to the existing fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0–18 months of practical engineering experience.
• Experience creating 3D CAD models and drawings from coursework or projects.
• Fundamental engineering principles in mechanics and manufacturing.
• Passion for aviation and product development.

Responsabilités

• Develop structural definition of aircraft parts and assemblies using design engineering principles.
• Create and support 3D CAD models, drawings, and design definitions for manufacturing.
• Apply engineering knowledge to resolve routine structural issues.
• Analyze project results and coordinate corrective actions with the team.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, program, supplier, and customer support teams.
• Participate in design reviews, build-support activities, and supplier coordination.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations.
• Document and manage engineering activities to meet schedule.
