Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related curriculum.
• 18 months of related engineering experience.
• Experience creating 3D CAD models, drawings, or design projects.
• Fundamental understanding of mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills across disciplines.
• Clear written and verbal communication of technical concepts.
• Curiosity, humility, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Develop the structural definition of aircraft parts and assemblies using engineering principles.
• Create and support 3D CAD models and drawings for manufacturing.
• Solve engineering problems involving aircraft structures, materials, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete designs.
• Participate in design reviews and build-support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations for suppliers and customers.
• Plan and manage engineering activities to schedules.
• Apply engineering judgment to moderate‑scope problems.
