Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in aircraft structural repair design and basic static analysis.
• Ability to prepare shop floor instructions and work with technicians.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

• Lead entire engineering projects of major complexity within scope.
• Make technically authoritative decisions impacting engineering activities.
• Apply advanced principles and develop innovative solutions.
• Drive development of engineering standards and guides.
• Conceive investigations in areas critical to the program.
