Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah is seeking a Completions Engineer II - Mechanical Design to contribute to the design, analysis, and integration of complex aircraft structures and systems. You will work in a fast paced team focused on delivering high‑quality aerospace hardware.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 18 months of related experience, CATIA V5 proficiency, and a demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; 18 months of related engineering experience.
• Experience using CATIA V5 to create/update design drawings and models.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience following company design standards to meet manufacturing and schedule needs.

Responsibilities

• Solves typical engineering problems within assigned discipline.
• Provides technical assistance to engineering staff and contributes to milestones.
• Responsible for a complex engineering assignment or full project of lesser complexity.
• Follows schedules while developing plans for engineering assignments.
• Obtains supervisor approvals for work accuracy and adequacy.
• Proficiently applies company/organization policies and procedures.
• Actively works to improve daily processes and ensures work meets customer requirements.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of developments in the field of expertise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• This job requires reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
