Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science or similar with air quality coursework; GPA 3.5+.
• Strong computing skills including high level use of spreadsheets and word processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving and organization.
• Ability to understand and interpret environmental regulations.
• Database and GIS skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing emissions calculations.
• Conducting air quality reviews of emissions reduction or control.
• Assisting in preparing major and minor source permit applications and environmental impact reports.
• Critically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
