Job summary

The Phoenix Group Advisors seeks a Junior AI Specialist to help evaluate, test, and deploy generative AI solutions across legal and business functions. You will support AI pilots, prompt testing, workflow documentation, and user adoption in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities include observing workflows, developing prompts, assisting with pilots, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 1-2 years preferred.
Foundational experience with generative AI tools and prompt creation.
Familiarity with legal tech platforms and document management tools; knowledge of Westlaw/LexisNexis a plus.

Responsibilities

Observe, document, and analyze workflows to identify AI opportunities and automation.
Develop, test, and refine prompts for legal and operational use cases.
Assist in piloting AI platforms, organizing test cases, and recording results.
Maintain documentation of prompts, testing outcomes, and use cases for consistent AI workflows.
Collaborate on lightweight AI apps and workflow automation tools for contract review, legal research, and compliance tracking.
Support low-code/no-code app design and escalate technical or security concerns as needed.
Aid in project planning with schedules, notes, and status updates for pilots.
