You will work with AI specialists, data engineers, and business stakeholders across the full AI lifecycle, using Python, Azure, and Copilot/Cowork tools.

The role emphasizes prototyping, deployment, and responsible AI practices, with a pathway for onboarding and mentorship.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 1–2 years of experience or 5–6 years of related work experience.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Proficiency in Python demonstrated through work history, coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
Foundational understanding of AI/Gen AI models, ML, or NLP.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Develop AI-enabled applications and prototypes using Python and Azure-based technologies.
Create prompts, agent instructions, and tools; integrate with enterprise data sources and workflows.
Gather requirements, scope use-cases, assess feasibility, and translate into technical requirements.
Prepare and process structured and unstructured data for AI development and evaluation.
Create test datasets and evaluation methods to measure model quality and safety.
Leverage Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to build AI/analytics solutions and pipelines.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
