The role emphasizes collaboration with projects and stakeholders, using Python, Azure, Copilot/Cowork, and related tools to build secure and responsible AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, software engineering, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• US citizenship is required.
• Proficiency in Python demonstrated through work, coursework, internships, or projects.
• Foundational understanding of AI/GenAI models, ML, LLMs, or NLP.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled applications and automation using Python and Azure-based technologies to improve workflows.
• Develop prompts, agent instructions, tools, retrieval strategies, and integrate solutions with data sources.
• Participate in requirements gathering, scoping, feasibility, and solution design with measurable outcomes.
• Prepare and process structured and unstructured data for AI development.
• Create test datasets and evaluation methods for accuracy, relevance, safety, and reliability.
• Leverage Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to support AI and analytics solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
