Credence is hiring an Entry-Level AI Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. You will work under senior engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy AI‑driven software solutions for federal programs.

You will gain hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, data platforms, and ML concepts while contributing to mission‑focused projects. This role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Strong programming skills in one or more listed languages.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, testing, and deployment of software and AI‑driven solutions.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data‑driven applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to interpret requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in AI/ML solution development, integration, testing, and documentation.
• Work with cloud platforms and modern software tools to enable delivery.
• Contribute to Agile activities: sprints, standups, reviews, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects; maintain technical docs and artifacts.
