Qualifications

• Degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on GenAI experience with LLM APIs or RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration concepts including prompt chaining and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend and frontend systems across Abridge.
• Collaborate with ML, infra, product, and clinical teams.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, robustness, and reliability.
• Build agent-first solutions and experiment with new models and tools.
• Prototype with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and open-source orchestration tools.
• Ensure production LLM workflows are observable and reliable.
• Learn from senior engineers and contribute with curiosity.
• Ship production code and grow quickly in a startup at scale.
• Take ownership of complex problems with autonomy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver real-world healthcare AI features.
